Delete your Mingo account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Mingo and go to Me → Profile.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm. You may be asked to sign in again first.

Without the app

Email mingotech@icloud.com from the email on your account, with the subject "Delete my Mingo account". We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What's deleted

Your profile and sign-in, posts, reviews, comments and photos, messages, check-ins, points and rewards history, usage data, and, for businesses, your business profile, events, promotions and activity. If you have a paid business plan, cancel it first on the billing page so you aren't charged again; payment records Stripe must keep by law are retained by Stripe.
