Child Safety Standards

Last updated October 6, 2026

Mingo Application LLC ("Mingo") has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to the Mingo Social app, Mingo for Business and our website.

1. Who can use Mingo

Mingo is for people aged 13 and over. Every account gives a date of birth at sign-up, and accounts under 13 are refused. Mingo Match, meetups, chat and other features that put people in touch with each other are for adults aged 18 and over only. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we delete it.

2. What's prohibited

You may not use Mingo to create, share, request or link to sexual content involving a minor; to sexualize, groom, solicit or threaten a minor; to arrange to meet a minor for a sexual purpose; or to share a minor's private information. This includes real, generated, drawn and written material. Any of this ends the account immediately and is reported to the authorities.

3. Reporting in the app

Every post, comment, review, meetup, person and chat in Mingo has a Report option, and anyone can be blocked. Reports are private. A report about a child's safety is handled first, ahead of all others, and every report is reviewed by a person within 24 hours. Content reported by several people may be hidden automatically while we review it.

4. What we do with a report

When we find CSAE or CSAM we remove the content, end the account, and preserve the evidence as the law requires. We report CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and cooperate with law enforcement. We comply with all applicable child safety laws, including the laws of the United States and of each country where Mingo is available.

5. How to reach us

Anyone, including people who don't use Mingo, can report a child safety concern by email to tech@mingosocial.com with "Child safety" in the subject line, or by phone at (210) 704-7196. Our designated child safety contact is able to speak about these standards and how we apply them. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

6. Review

We review these standards at least once a year and whenever the law or our product changes. Related: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Support.
