Private events
People hosting a private gathering (not a business) pay a one-time fee of $10 per private event. There's no monthly fee.
How billing works
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Mingo never sees or stores your full card number.
- Renewal: plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel.
- Upgrades take effect immediately. You're charged the prorated difference for the rest of your current billing period, and your larger points pool is available right away.
- Downgrades and switching between monthly and yearly take effect at your next renewal date, so you keep what you've paid for until then.
- Cancel any time from the billing page in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See refunds and cancellations.
- Reward points have no cash value. Each plan's monthly points pool resets at the start of each month and unused points don't roll over.
